Discovery and pre-trial practice happen at a pace that is uncomfortable for the uninitiated or unfamiliar.  Our team has successfully handled many complex cases on the Rocket Docket.

We also advise companies and private lenders that have dealings with distressed entities as their business counterparts, those looking for opportunities in acquiring distressed assets, or those that find themselves ensnared in potential bankruptcy claims and litigation.  Our experience enables us to assist our clients in devising creative, efficient and cost-effective solutions to the complex problems that arise in any stressed or failing commercial deal, either in or out of bankruptcy, with specialized expertise in the restructuring of debts outside of a formal bankruptcy filing.
